There is shuttle bus, by reservation, that goes from Lake Toya to the Windsor Hotel Toya.

To ensure all attendees arrive at Windsor Hotel Toya comfortably, please follow these detailed transportation instructions based on your point of origin.

If possible, consider arriving the evening before to avoid any travel day stress.
Have your conference registration and hotel booking details readily available.
Check the weather forecast and pack accordingly, as Hokkaido's climate can be cooler than Tokyo's.
✈️ From New Chitose Airport:

Take the JR Rapid Airport train to Toya Station (¥3,170, ~2 hours)
Exit Toya Station and look for the bus stop for Toyako Onsen
Take the bus to Toyako Onsen (¥340, ~20 minutes)
Get off at "Windsor Hotel Mae" stop

Purchase a ticket at the bus counter in the arrival lobby
Look for the "Toyako Onsen" bus at the designated platform
The journey takes about 3 hours

Recommended Departure Times
To arrive by 1 PM (allowing time to check-in before the 2 PM start):
From New Chitose Airport: Leave by 10:30 AM
From Sapporo City: Leave by 11:00 AM
From Sapporo Okadama Airport: Leave by 10:30 AM
Please allow extra time if you're unfamiliar with the area or Japanese transportation systems. Don't hesitate to ask station staff or locals for assistance if needed.
Flight Recommendations
Aim to book a flight that arrives at New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido no later than 10:30 AM.
Several airlines operate frequent flights from Tokyo (Haneda and Narita) to New Chitose Airport, including JAL, ANA, and low-cost carriers like Peach and Jetstar.
Flight duration is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
