Daniel began the Blockchain Infrastructure Forum from a desire to host focused and intimate discussions involving the blockchain infrastructure ecosystem.
Daniel has extensive experience across the Web3 ecosystem. As co-founder and CEO of Kintsugi Technologies, he supports proof of stake and zk infrastructure services. He supports the the validator and prover ecosystems for Aleo.
His blockchain journey began in 2013 with Bitcoin mining and supporting crypto remittances in the Philippines. Daniel's expertise spans:

Previously, Daniel led the Protocols Team at stakefish and the Special Projects team at F2Pool. He's a key contributor to the validator ecosystem, founding the Validator Commons and the Blockchain Infrastructure Forum (BIF).
In the climate domain, Daniel co-founded the Blockchain Infrastructure Carbon Offset Working Group (BICOWG), which led to the establishment of the BlockchainXClimate nonprofit.
His regional development efforts include founding Korea's first DAO (HanDAO) and receiving grants to build hyperlocalized DEXs in Asia. Daniel has also led an IEEE workstream on health data on blockchain and piloted blockchain solutions for pharmaceutical supply chain management.
Daniel's formal education includes degrees in Biology, Religion, and Computer Science from Swarthmore College, the University of Maryland College Park, and Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on cryptography and distributed systems.
